Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the United States (all 50 states). We do not ship internationally yet.
How much is shipping?
Free on every order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and usually arrive 3–6 business days later. The estimate for each item is shown on its product page.
Do I get tracking?
Yes, a tracking link is emailed to you as soon as the order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not shipped. Email us right away with your order number.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards. Checkout is encrypted and we never store your card details.
Returns
What is your return policy?
30 days for unused items in original packaging. Opened consumables (waste bags, wipes, training pads) and used grooming tools are excluded for hygiene reasons unless they arrived damaged.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement or refund you in full, no return needed in most cases.
Products
Are heated pads safe to leave on?
Our heated pads and bowls have thermostat control and chew-resistant cords, but like any electrical product they should be used on a flat surface, checked regularly and unplugged when you are away for long periods.
How do I choose the right bed size?
Measure your pet from nose to tail base while lying down and add 6–8 inches. Size charts are on each product page.
