By placing an order on this website you agree to the following terms.

Products and pricing

We do our best to display product colors, sizes and specifications accurately. Minor variations can occur. All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by an error, in which case you will be refunded in full.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders that we suspect are fraudulent or that cannot be fulfilled; you will be notified and refunded.

Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Use of products

Please follow the care and safety instructions supplied with each product and supervise your pet with any new item, especially toys, heated products and electrical accessories.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
